Our Philosophy

When it comes to your body, mind and spirit you are the ultimate expert. So we want to know what you're thinking, what you're feeling and what your expectations are. After all, we're in this together.

Everyone at Elmhurst Memorial Primary Care Associates wants to provide you the best care possible, and we can only do that if you take the journey with us. When we combine your personal wisdom with our medical expertise, we can create a personalized care plan that's far more effective than one that's purely clinical.

11/08/2011

With the fall in full swing many people think about the flu shot, but there's another important vaccine that we need to remember. Pneumonia is a common infection of the lungs. One of the most common causes is a bacteria called pneumococcus which can cause pneumonia in both chronically ill and otherwise healthy patients.

Hypertension

04/22/2011

Your blood pressure is an important indicator of your health. Blood pressure is measured with two numbers. The systolic is the "top" number and the diastolic is the "bottom" number. When a blood pressure reading is greater that 140/90, it is considered too high (hypertension). If your blood pressure is between 120/80 and 139/89, it is considered prehypertension.
